My wife order a chair at this place and when the chair came it was the wrong one. My wife would not except the chair and they charged her $60.00 restocking fee. Beware this is not an honest place to do business with.
Wood Glider rocker was delivered with paint marks, scratches on arms. It has been two weeks, sent pictures, was told Chris the mgr would return calls, have emailed and called again, no calls have been returned.
Bought a bed frame . Itwas too large and didnt accomodate my standard queen size mattress. Bauer's did nothing to compensate for wrong size. Disappointed, wanted to shop local, but service like this deters me from shopping there again.
UPDATE 8-14-17 new chair delivered today, My sales person Chris never called, or returned my calls, different salesperson handled this issue.
